We are committed to protecting customers and suppliers from impersonation, misleading quotations and fraudulent payment requests. Before you place an order or make a payment, verify who you are dealing with and agree the supply and payment terms in writing.
Clear terms before you commit
Each quotation or contract identifies the legal supplier, specification, quantity, price, applicable taxes, delivery responsibilities and payment terms. A website listing or enquiry does not create an order or confirm stock.
Payment options
Payment on delivery
For eligible orders, payment is due after delivery and the acceptance checks agreed in the written quotation or contract.
Approved credit terms
Approved customers may pay within an agreed credit period. The credit limit and payment due date are confirmed in writing before supply.
Bank-issued letter of credit
LC arrangements are available subject to agreement on the issuing bank, payment timing and documentary requirements. Payment follows the agreed LC conditions.
The available payment option depends on the order, customer approval and supply arrangement. The quotation or signed contract confirms the applicable terms before you commit.
An LC can require payment against compliant documents before the goods physically reach the buyer. Delivery and inspection requirements must be included in the agreed LC terms where required.
Verify communications and bank details
Enquiries may start by telephone, WhatsApp or SMS. For confirmation and verification of quotations, orders and payment instructions, email info@proteachemicals.com. Our company email domain is @proteachemicals.com. Do not rely on a chat message alone as proof of an order or a change of bank details.
- Check website addresses and email domains carefully. Our website is www.proteachemicals.com and our official company emails use addresses ending in @proteachemicals.com.
- Check that the quotation identifies the legal supplier, product, quantity, price, delivery obligations and payment terms.
- Never pay personal or unverified bank accounts. Pay only to a verified business bank account in the name of the contracting supplier shown in your quotation or contract. We do not request payment to personal bank accounts.
- Verify new or changed bank details through a separate call to our published contact number before making any payment. Use the number on this website, rather than one supplied in the change request.
- Do not share passwords, PINs or one-time verification codes. Treat unexpected links and pressure to pay urgently with caution.
